In 1998 just after the Republic of Latvia gained independence there was a company established that name was BanQ. Employees working there and were very loyal to the company. The company BenQ belonged to the category of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), the central office was situated in the capital of Latvia, Riga, and the company. There were more than one hundred employees working in five departments, mainly engineers and technic. There was a manager who's name was Rakesh Sharma, who was responsible for the observation. There was one colleagues of Rakesh was Riya sahrma from IT department. The manager of the accounting department, Abhay Singh, was looking through the balance sheet. He was very close to retirement.   Friday, February 4, 2022 Make Connections  I made  the text to text connection. I found it easy to connect the story with one that I have read in my school days. Basically, It was a novel "Carnival Ghost". The story I am reading nowadays is somewhere similar to that of novel. When I came across the part to enter a haunted house in the story, I was able connect it with the haunted house in the novel. Both the haunted house look similar if  it is about setting and emotions. Both story and novel made me afraid of the situation, I encountered. This is all I connect with. Thankyou
